This development was completed in the summer of 2017 and is steeped in history with the converted buildings dating back to the 1760’s.
The site formed part of the old Ackworth Park Hall, dating back to the 17th century. It was owned in the 19th century by local celebrity John Gully who was a prizefighter, MP and owner of a Derby winning racehorse.
The derelict buildings were sympathetically restored to their former glory, creating nine new homes with original features retained and mixed with 21st century luxury.
Original stone cobbles were relaid to create a stunning courtyard. Existing trusses were cleaned and treated to give the rooms a spacious feel.
