This rear extension was formed to create a large open plan kitchen and sitting room. A large oak window was constructed in the sitting area with roof lights in the GRP flat roof above the kitchen and factory painted hardwood bi-folding doors adding an abundance of light to all areas. Underfloor heating was utilised with a hand made kitchen and parquet floor to entrance hall. Matching natural stone was laid inside and out to bring the house and garden together.

All existing bathrooms were fully refurbished to a high standard.
